What is Capital Formations?
Capital Formations
is a training organization that has been around since 2006. We provide tailor-made language training for very small businesses, SMEs and large companies.
Our core business is tailor-made individual training, so our trainers and consultants favor an educational approach centered on the actual need of the participant to better adapt the pedagogy, the tools, and the measurement of each person's skills.
As a qualified OPQF, a member of the FFP, and a conduit for several certifications, we are not only able to grow with our customers, but their loyalty allows us to constantly improve.
Why are foreign languages important for Capital Formations?
Teaching foreign languages (including French as a Foreign Language) is our core business. A linguistic journey is far from static. The way of apprehending a linguistic journey involves constant evolution, transformation, integration of new tools and new methods, and much more.
Our learners are looking for quality training and a great ability to listen and adapt to their interlocutors (trainers, administrative staff, reception staff).
Why were you initially interested in Pipplet?
The Pipplet test immediately interested us because it tests the 4 skills with an asynchronous correction in 24 hours (which is very fast!). On the other hand, it is part of the European standard reference - the CEFR - which has been at the center of our approach for more than 10 years. It can also be used in pre-training positioning to form groups, in recruitment testing or in certification (for the CPF for example). Finally - and this is obviously the most important! - it is reliable and consistent with the CEFR.
After a few months of use, what is the conclusion?
First of all, we compared the results of the Pipplet Flex with our tools and concluded that the levels assessed corresponded perfectly with reality. Then the experience of our learners turned out to be quite positive. Finally, the certificate obtained gives a clear and detailed presentation of the skills; which is appreciated by all: learner, trainer and consultant.
