The company confronted a need to not only increase the number of new employees on its customer support teams, but deal with a shifting focus towards hiring candidates capable of communicating with customers in specific languages. This was an important priority to address the growing demands of its international and multilingual customer base, in addition to sustaining its upward sales growth.
This particular company, which is concerned about being customer-centered, had to hire employees who have a command of specific languages, a key success factor in evaluating their hiring process. The company's objective was to hire customer-oriented staff with sufficient competence in specific languages to handle consumer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels in the most effective way.

Customization. Approximately 80% of our clients are human resources professionals, and many of them hire candidates in a number of different industries. Thus, to meet the specifications of this customer, we added new languages and features. These small adjustments demonstrated Pipplet's agile and flexible concept.

Although we have done everything possible to create a simple dashboard, we offered an onboarding process to complement the getting started process. The onboarding phase for the customer consisted of a fast and personalized introductory webinar where we presented the basics on how to get started with the Pipplet dashboard. We also covered how to use our API integration, which was an important element for the customer. This allowed for even greater assurance and a better relationship with the client.
