Can you present your company in a few lines?

The Instep training center is a private organization, whose current and prospective clients consist of job seekers we provide guidance and assistance to as they prepare for their professional integration (public financing like PRF, SIEG...).

Why are foreign languages important in your activity?

We offer language training, where we average roughly 800 learners per year. These learners are mostly interested in English and French as a Foreign Language (FLE). English modules are also included in our hotel, restaurant, and tourism training programs.

What initially interested you in Pipplet?

We were interested in Pipplet to offer an alternative to our learners. Our learners now have the option to choose between the TOEIC and Pipplet FLEX as their training certification, and it really is all contingent on what suits them best and for what purpose.

After a few months of use, what is the conclusion?

The Pipplet test has found its audience. Many of our candidates are interested in the flexibility offered. Its accessibility, the fact that the test can be taken online which and at the date and time of their choice is a hit. Also, the very detailed certificate of competence is a bonus a well.

If you were to recommend Pipplet to your contacts, what would you say?

I would say that it has many advantages. It [Pipplet] assesses all 4 competencies, allowing the candidate to highlight their [learners’] strengths. But because the feedback is very detailed, they also provide comments for improvement. From a test-taker point of view, it is fun, pleasant to take, and is a definite success.

From a professional-client point of view, it is very easy, very quick to set up, and much less expensive than most other certification tests.

Is there anything else you would like to say about Pipplet?

I find that this test is very interesting to validate professional training because the scenarios are realistic and well adapted to the current working world.
