Communication is crucial when it comes to customer service (CS) and customer experience (CX). This is because your CS/CX team:
Your customers’ satisfaction and loyalty are at stake. In other words, your company’s future is on the line!
To save time and resources,
thousands of companies have switched to using only
written communication in their customer service departments
over the past few years. We received requests from existing customers, notably from some of the biggest names in the business, such as 5CA, Accenture and Wipro, to create a new test to support them in recruiting for customer service roles, focusing entirely on written communication.
We are pleased to announce that after months of research and development,
the next generation of
our Customer Service test, fully based on written communication skills, is now available!
Pipplet’s Written Communication Test for Customer Service (CS/CX) is designed to simulate situations that a customer service agent will really have to deal with. Candidates will be asked to respond to clients and solve their issues in both chat and email form, and also to write a short essay on a related topic.
This test assesses your candidates’ written communication skills (spelling, vocabulary), according to the CEFR scale from A1 to C2, and gives you insights into their CS and CX-oriented soft skills (positive attitude, language register, clarity…).
In brief:
Recruit based on facts—not impressions. With Pipplet, avoid costly mis-hires in your CS/CX team.
